David Wilks

David Wilks currently serves The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., as a Consultant. His career in management consulting spans 20 years.

David’s deep and varied experience in manufacturing has given him a 360-degree view of the production environment. At HJ Heinz he spent three years as a factory manager, overseeing the company’s soup plant. His time with United Biscuits included positions on the shop floor and in manufacturing management. He is also a non-executive director of James Cropper PLC, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of colored paper.

Throughout his life, David has immersed himself in public affairs. After studying law at Leicester University, he was in successive years president of the University Students Union and chair of the National Federation of Conservative Students. In subsequent years, he has stood for Parliament for the SDP and taken an active role in voluntary organizations in the city of Manchester.

Married to Jenny, with two active and sport-loving sons, David spends his leisure time playing team tennis, walking in the mountains, traveling, and taking in the theatre.
