Lata Chawla has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., since 2008 and currently serves as a Consultant. She has spent more than sixteen years consulting in human resources and organizational development.
Lata worked at ESPN, Inc., for eleven years, collaborating on initiatives for growing the company’s organizational and leadership capacity. In this role, she helped design and implement growth initiatives for business groups such as ESPN The Magazine, ESPN News, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, ESPN Internet, ESPN 360, ESPN Mobil, and many operational groups. As an HR team member, she was responsible for cultural assessments, interventions, transition programs, and organizational alignment for companies acquired by ESPN, such as SportsTicker, Classic Sports, OCC Sports, and BASS.
Lata focuses on the people side of complex change initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of organizational learning strategies. Her large-scale change projects include an enterprise-wide implementation for SAP, an e-learning platform solution for Disney Development Connection, and the design, development, and centralization of centers of excellence.
Lata has successfully piloted and launched corporate-wide initiatives for diversity, employee surveys, 360 feedback, management trainings, and on-boarding programs at the executive and employee levels.
