Alex Bethel Negrón
Alex has over 15 years of experience creating lasting organizational change in the United States and internationally. Alex specializes in helping organizations deepen their impact, lead with inclusion, and live their values. She has developed courses and facilitated learning for more than 30 organizations, including several federal agencies, Fortune Global 500 Companies, and national nonprofit and advocacy firms.
Alex creates opportunities for organizations to engage more deeply with the people they serve. With Alex’s leadership, Denver Water and the EPA built relationships with historically marginalized communities across Denver and successfully cleaned the drinking water for 100,000 homes. Alex has deep experience facilitating community dialogues, focus groups, and advisory groups, and creating strategy that propels action. With KJCG, Alex facilitated listening sessions worldwide for Corning Optical Communications and worked closely with executive leadership to develop a new strategy that helped the organization attract and retain a broader range of top talent.
Alex earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. Alex was awarded the Segal-Seashore Fellowship for her commitment to social justice and organization development. Alex has written several articles focused on community building, leadership development, and creating culture change.
