Althea Gill

As a consultant, Althea Gill has focused on business transformation – partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and prioritize projects that improve business performance by changing the business culture and the way that the organization works. To execute those plans, she leads companies in setting objectives, determining the resource requirements, and establishing the business case. Her expertise is in building and managing a project portfolio that is aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Althea’s corporate experience included leadership roles in IT and engineering. She has established and led Program Management Offices in both R&D and IT, managed global systems deployments, and focused on process improvement, standard work, data management, and organization structure. While serving in these roles, Althea was often included in strategic enterprise initiatives for Inclusion and Diversity, Functional Excellence, Business Process Management, product definition standardization, and leadership of employee affinity groups. Althea has been recognized for developing relationships and partnering with leaders and process owners throughout the organization to ensure cross-functional support and ownership of program success.

Althea, a Certified Professional in Business Process Management (CPBPM), received her Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, her M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
