Greg Jenkins
Greg Jenkins is a leadership and organizational systems development consultant, coach, and lifelong learner with nearly 30 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, retiring as a Sergeant Major. His military career included overseas assignments in Germany and South Korea, as well as combat service in Iraq. During his time in uniform, Greg served as a combat engineer and led Military Equal Opportunity initiatives that resulted in the creation of a model program adopted as a benchmark for Army human relations and Equal Opportunity advisors. He was later selected to serve on the Army’s Diversity Task Force at the Pentagon, contributing to enterprise-wide workforce enhancement strategies and organizational initiatives.
Following his military career, Greg continued his work in organization and systems development and leadership consulting, supporting clients across a broad range of industries, including finance, entertainment, retail, manufacturing, and higher education. His work focuses on coaching, facilitation, strategy, leadership development, and curriculum design and delivery, helping organizations strengthen culture, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
Greg is also deeply committed to his clients, regularly volunteering his time to coach business professionals and mentoring military service members and veterans. He previously served on the U.S. Defense Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion and on the board of the Strategic Alliance for Military and Veteran Integration.
Greg is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and holds a master’s degree in human resources development.
