Monica E. Biggs
Monica has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. (KJCG) since 1997 and was named Senior Consultant Emerita in 2022. With more than twenty years of experience in creating and sustaining high-performing inclusive teams, she currently designs and facilitates team startups; works to strengthen trust, resolve conflict, clarify roles, and leverage diversity; coaches leaders for greater effectiveness; and trains internal HR specialists in facilitation skills. Her work often involves the development of internal strategies to create cadres of managers and organization development professionals who build competencies around Inclusion as the HOW® within their organizations.
Prior to working with KJCG, Monica was an assistant professor of management at The Sage Colleges. She has consulted with executive, leadership, and operational teams and taught facilitation skills at many types of organizations: large corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, and not-for-profits.
Monica holds a doctorate in human resource development from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a master’s degree in human resource development from The American University/NTL Institute. She is currently a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Organization Development Network.
