Preston V. L. Lindsay

Preston is an organizational psychologist, educator, and seasoned organization development practitioner. Utilizing his extensive experience leading and facilitating large-scale assessment and change initiatives, Preston has partnered with leaders across diverse sectors to diagnose systemic challenges and design evidence-based interventions that improve organizational performance and human functioning.

Preston’s work integrates systems thinking, cognitive neuroscience, and human-centered organizational theory, enabling him to support organizations in navigating complexity, disruption, and structural dysfunction. His approach emphasizes deep diagnostic inquiry into culture, leadership dynamics, and patterns of behavior, allowing organizations to move beyond surface-level change toward sustainable transformation.

His scholarly work focuses on the systemic impacts of organizational trauma, examining how chronic stress, leadership breakdowns, and institutional pressures become embedded in organizational life. This research informs the design of interventions that strengthen resilience, alignment, and adaptive capacity across organizational systems.

In addition to his work with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., Preston serves as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice at Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology and is affiliated faculty in the Organizational Dynamics Programs at the University of Pennsylvania. Preston holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development.
