Ratna Randive

As Curator of Operational Excellence and Chief Financial Officer of The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. (KJCG), Ratna manages the firm’s financial processes and strategy. She also provides leadership to various aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operation, such as professional development of members. She is a member of KJCG’s Board of Directors and previously served as Treasurer to the Board of Directors of the YWCA of the Greater Capital Region.

Prior to joining KJCG in 2005, Ratna worked at Frontier Communications, CVC Inc., and Eastman Kodak. Ratna holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Simon School of Business at University of Rochester.
