Outstanding Article of The Year for OD Practioner

Fred, Judith and Roger Gans, have received an award for Outstanding Article of the Year for OD Practitioner, for their article, AI X I = AI² The OD Imperative to Add Inclusion to the Algorithms of Artificial Intelligence. This award recognizes those who bring outstanding, substantive research into the articles they publish. Roger has worked with KJCG for many years, and is a writer, consultant and educator who specializes in strategic communication.

Fred, Judith and Roger are proud of the work and effort they put into the article, which touches base on how developers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can incorporate bias and the importance of inclusion in their software, whilst eliminating discrimination. Click here to read more of the article.

Fred and Judith accepted the award for their outstanding article at the 2019 ODN Annual Conference last week. Roger was unable to attend, but appreciated for all his work on this article.
