Fred Miller and Judith Katz were happy to be a part of the NTL Institute’s video presentation about how OD practitioners work will be redirected while the global pandemic is happening and after the global pandemic ends.

Some points that were touched on include, the role of an OD practitioner and 10 keys they can use to transform around inclusion, equity, and diversity.
