How do change agents and those responsible for I&D efforts enhance their skills so that they can navigate these times and accelerate change? How do we shift and speed up the landscape of change?
Join Fred Miller, Placida Gallegos, and Judith Katz for a deep dive into the mindsets, behaviors, and strategies that will enhance your skills for building more inclusive, collaborative workplaces that leverage diversity and fuel your ability to grow yourself as an agent of change.
Bringing more than 40 years of experience in creating and implementing successful change strategies, the faculty will share real-life scenarios culled from their experiences in every type of organization, both within the US and around the globe.
The session will also feature several panel discussions with guests ranging from CEOs and other organizational leaders to seasoned professionals who are some of the most influential thought leaders in the field of workplace inclusion and diversity today.
