Many organizations are reinventing their products and/or services for a world that is very different from the world of just a few years ago. However, organizations not only need the right product and service for today’s world, they need the right culture that enables higher individual, team, and organizational performance for constant innovation. Often, the quality of human interaction in many organizations does not match the need for teamwork, collaboration, inclusion and joint problem solving.
