Chapter to be published on Enhancing Organization Bottom line Performance and Global Leadership through Inclusion

KJCG is excited to have a chapter by Judith H. Katz, Frederick A. Miller, and Monica Biggs included in the upcoming book Inclusive Leadership: Transforming Diverse Lives, Workplaces, and Societies. The book will be edited by Bernardo M. Ferdman, Jeanine Prime, and Ronald E. Riggio and published by Routledge as part of their book series, Leadership: Research and Practice.

Judith, Fred, and Monica's chapter, entitled Enhancing Organization Bottom line Performance and Global Leadership through Inclusion will describe a how we partnered with a client to create more inclusive leadership among the top 400 leaders of a large, global materials corporation. The organization identified having a more inclusive, engaged work environment as critical for successfully implementing its new business model. To kick off this effort, they introduced new approaches to every aspect of a global, three-day business meeting, from how the agenda and meeting space were organized and content was developed, to innovative technologies used to engage and educate leaders before, during, and after the meeting.

We are excited for this partnership and look forward to the release of the publication in late 2018.
