We’re talking about the supportive, liberating safety that enables people to think big, take risks and accomplish spectacular feats. The challenging but nurturing safety that encourages speaking up and inspires people to reach for greater possibilities. We call this Interaction Safety.

In this session, we’ll share the concept of interaction safety and why it’s critical to organizational performance, explore the Four Levels of safety, and discuss actions leaders and individuals can take to increase interaction safety and move their teams and organizations to higher levels of performance.
