A Community of Effort

One World Everybody Eats is a cause that has been close to Fred Miller, KJCG’s CEO, for a number of years now. OWEE is “dedicated to increasing food security and building community through the pay-what-you-can nonprofit restaurant model.

Earlier this year, Fred and Judith were happy to present at Harvard Library. Their presentation touched on Joining and Judging, Conscious Actions for Inclusion, and microaggressions among other topics. They are proud to have had the opportunity to present their thinking and at many great intuitions, including Oxford and Stanford.

This article was published in Human Resources magazine in their September 2012 issue. The culture of feedback discussed is still an important skill in organizations today. This article addresses the need for interaction safety in feedback and the importance of a Joining mindset.

Fred and Judith were given the opportunity recently to present on Interaction Safety through a webinar for ODN.
